Privacy and data handling.

This page explains how the public founder blog and Work With Apex form are intended to handle basic information.

Public website

The public website is a static founder blog. Basic analytics or hosting logs may be used to understand site performance, traffic sources, and technical reliability.

Forms

The Work With Apex form is for initial business context. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, highly sensitive personal data, confidential technical drawings, or files that require a signed agreement before review.

How form context is used

Information submitted through the form may be used to understand your context, route follow-up, evaluate whether Apex can help, and coordinate an appropriate next step.

No public posting or mass forwarding

Submitted requests are not intended for public posting or mass forwarding. Apex first tries to understand the problem before coordinating the right path.

AI data-use boundary

Customer and supplier raw data is not used for AI training by default. Any broader use of sensitive commercial data should require separate authorization, appropriate contracts, and operational controls.

Security

Form submissions are handled through a server-side API. The browser does not write directly to Firestore. Production deployment should use reCAPTCHA Enterprise and appropriate Google Cloud access controls.
