Note
Avoiding Random Trading
Cash flow matters, but random opportunity can quietly destroy company focus.
Apex can start with transactions, but it cannot be consumed by random trading opportunities.
This distinction matters. A one-off deal may look attractive because it produces immediate revenue. But if it creates no reusable customer demand data, supplier capability data, quote data, quality history, delivery evidence, or risk intelligence, it may not strengthen the long-term company.
The question is not only whether a deal can make money. The question is whether it makes the system stronger.
